Elevated Eave Heights

Standard eave heights measure 8’-0” on most ICON structures. If you require additional height below the eave, ICON can lengthen the columns without adding on additional engineering charges. If the height is extreme, larger members may be required, which may add charges for additional material.

It is usually acceptable to extend the height up to 10’-0” without altering the engineering.
